So clearly British Government is arming police, in London at least, for upcoming events such as FINANCIAL PROBLEMS with the BANKS as BREXIT is still a lingering issue for certain reasons.
Also the SPECTRE of TERRORISM on British soil which according the Police Met Chief is a CERTAINTY.
