Here, PHELPS is sporting little red spots on his back from an allegedly old technique called FIRE CUPPING. Small round glass cup type devices are used, the practitioner uses a flame to suck the air out of the cup before quickly putting one onto the back of a person in order to create vacuum suction which forces blood to come to the surface of the skin inside the cup.
