The river looks dirty as if there's been a bout of bad weather in the Florentine hills perhaps.
The reference to FLORENCE links to DAN BROWN's latest work called INFERNO which is named in relation to writer DANTE ALIGHIERI, usually known as DANTE (44 Std English) from Italy.
DANTE is known to have written the work called INFERNO, his first work in series of 3. The next 2 were called PURGATORIO and PARADISO.
DAN BROWN's book was released on 14th May 2013 which is 1177 days to 3rd August 2016.
DAN BROWN's film starring TOM HANKS in the role of ROBERT LANGDON is to be released on 14th October 2016, a day after October 13th which is a date famous in Knight Templar history for the burning of their leader JACQUE DE MOLAY or at least his arrest and later trial.
The film is set in FLORENCE, and moves on to VENICE which was once home to the Black Nobility.
The plot of the story is that a brilliant Eugenicist/Transhumanist hatches a plot to release a deadly plague virus onto the world in the form of a dissolvable bag placed in VENICE. Bertrand Zobrist, the Eugenicist believed that it would be a fine way of dealing with the problem of overpopulation in the world.
Now compare this to the present dilemma of an issue called ZIKA VIRUS. This health story has been gathering ground in BRAZIL. BRAZIL of course is the venue for the RIO OLYMPICS commencing 5th August 2016 in RIO DE JANEIRO.
Reports have been made about the state of RIO DE JANEIRO'S rivers and hygiene systems whereby all the waste is dumped and gathers in the 7 tributary rivers that then flow into the bay of RIO DE JANEIRO (RIVER OF JANUARY/JANUARY RIVER)
JANUARY is ruled by SATURN, it is the sign of CAPRICORN the GOAT or SEA GOAT.
It is claimed by Mainstream Media that the ZIKA VIRUS originates with a mosquito identified as AEDIS AEGYPTI (from Uganda, near BURUNDI in Central Africa) AEDIS AEGYPTI makes reference to EGYPT too. And EGYPT is famous for its dynasties, the Pharaohs, Akhenaten, Tutankhamen, The Giza Pyramids, Nubians, Alexandria, River Nile etc.
It is also claimed that the ZIKA VIRUS had been recently identified in the state of FLORIDA where many british holidaymakers go to enjoy the sunshine and adventure parks with their children. A state full of British ex-pats, a former Spanish Colony.
FLORIDA means FLOWERY or FLOWERED AREA, BLOOMING FLORA.
So there's a connection to the location of RUSSELL SQUARE, LONDON and BLOOMSBURY which is referred to in the Media stories.
it is unclear whether ZIKA VIRUS can or should be connected to a mosquito. The mosquito may have been weaponized in an American medical lab and released in Brazil with an american company inventing the Vaccine ready to inoculate fearful people against the outcome of MICROCEPHALY for their potential newborn children.
It may be the result of simple water pollution or chemicals or metals in the air, water or pollutants in society, maybe oil, gas, plastics, industrial waste leading to MICROCEPHALY in Newborns.
Compare shrunken skulls to elongated skulls found in certain areas of the world. There may also have been a tradition of shrinking heads by cannibalistic headhunters in certain areas of the world, like Africa or other exotic places.
DARLENE HORTON was claimed to have come from TALLAHASSEE in FLORIDA. The city of TALLAHASSEE exists because it won the right to be a state capital over ORLANDO in the south of FLORIDA.
There is a reference to ST AUGUSTINE as a name for a colony in this area, maybe by the French, to which Spanish settlers took over the area, hence the reason it has the Spanish name: FLORIDA.

Some more interesting things to do with TALLAHASSEE which I think are relevant:
TALLAHASSEE is the name of the main character played by WOODY HARRELSON in the film called ZOMBIELAND (2nd October 2009). It also stars JESSE EISENBERG as COLUMBUS, the sidekick to HARRELSON's character.
They try to find normality in America overrun with ZOMBIES lurking in every major dwelling place they visit. They eventually reach a Play land in LOS ANGELES.
There have been recent reports of people being out of their head through using an artificial drug called FLAKKA or K2. It has been reported that people who have inhaled or used this drug have quickly lost control of their senses, some reacting violently or unpredictably, some of them displaying obsessive or warped behaviour to do a specific behaviour within their dwelling place or outside. Some people seem to sleep it off, others wail, others go on an unpredictable walk somewhere.
But the theme is that they appear to behave like ZOMBIES.
Some claim that the CIA are testing out a new drug on the population and will gauge their reactions.
TALLAHASSEE is also the name of an album by a musical group called THE MOUNTAIN GOATS which was produced on November 5th 2002 (Guy Fawkes' Night in Britain). The album had 14 songs, produced in Cassadega, New York. Songs like: The House that Dripped Blood, No Children, See America Right, Idylls of the King, Have to Explode.
A MOUNTAIN GOAT can be symbolic of the star sign for CAPRICORN, ruled by SATURN. It can also represent an animal that is able to reach higher on the hillside or mountain on its sure-footed hooves. So it can represent those who are entrusted with higher knowledge that the rest of the population will never gain or even know exists.
The GOAT shows up in the form of the BAPHOMET the HERMAPHRODITIC Horned being with one hand raised up, the other hand pointed to the ground.
One other thing to mention is the film called: TOWERING INFERNO, made on 14th December 1974. The film is set in SAN FRANCISCO about an architect who attends a gathering of people to celebrate the opening of the building known as the GLASS TOWER.
An electric fault on the 81st floor leads to a fire breaking out which quickly escalates into an INFERNO.
Paul Newman, the architect tries to assist people trapped in the building. Later the fire department is called to deal with the INFERNO. Steve McQueen plays the Chief Fire Officer who eventually hatched a plan to detonate bombs to explode the water tanks fitted on the roof to hopefully dampen the raging fires down below.
Both PAUL NEWMAN and STEVE MCQUEEN were rabid racing car fanatics/drivers.
