It is believed by many that a crazed man drove his car along the sidewalk and mowed down 20 or so pedestrians in the centre of MANHATTAN in NEW YORK CITY.
What actually happened in this THEATRICAL city was an act of STREET THEATRE.
Various methods of technology were used to convince the public to believe the car crash and deaths were real. Certainly the CAR CRASH was real but more investigation was needed to determine whether anyone actually died or were injured (whether benign or severe injuries) from the event.
This event occurred at TIMES SQUARE and not too long after this event a film called 'THE SQUARE' won the PALME D'OR award at the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL in Southern France.
A man named RICHARD ROJAS (26) said to be former military performed a dangerous manouver on New York's busy streets at the iconic TIMES SQUARE in MANHATTAN.
RICHARD ROJAS looks like a hispanic name, ROJAS=RED, RICHARD=DICK (Penis) for short. Or the R.R (9/9)
This comes about 15 and half years after the alleged terror attack on the TWIN TOWERS in MANHATTAN on SEPTEMBER 11th 2001.

The car hit a series of static bollards near to the iconic TIMES SQUARE area in MANHATTAN so that hundreds of onlookers could witness the street theatre going on before them. How lucky for a photographer to capture the moment on film.
A teenager named as ALYSSA ELSMAN (18 years old from MICHIGAN) is claimed to have died at the event.
I don't know who this person really is but the name ALYSSA has the word ASS in it. ALYSSA is also a reference to ALICE in WONDERLAND.
ELSMAN could be a Jewish name. It has the word MAN and EL (OHIM) in it.
So you have ASS, ELOHIM, MAN, ALICE. and AYLS SALESMAN anagram., also MELYSSA (Honey Bee) also ANAL ASS, ALL ANAL etc
She just happened to be visiting from MICHIGAN
I think the clues are there to allow truth seekers to unravel the organisers KARMA. They have to put clues and easter eggs out there to let us know that the event is an elaborate hoax.
The Masons or NATO or whoever is responsible are convinced that these series of HOAX EVENTS or FALSE TERROR ATTACKS are ensuring DAMAGE LIMITATION to dissuade REAL TERRORISTS from unleashing real carnage in populated areas.
Whoever is involved, be it professional cameraman, film directors, amateur actors, members of the LGBTQ community, low level criminals, people in debt, whoever is taking part is given the script that all this is good and necessary and for the greater good, and even if the TRUTH INVESTIGATORS look into it, they may come to the conclusion that it was done for the greater good of saving untold number of lives and as well as to provide SECURITY UPDATES for local areas, local law enforcement and military.
It also provides for police to arm themselves with SEMI-AUTOMATIC FIREARMS, it allows for MARTIAL LAW to creep in with ARMED SOLDIERS on the streets protecting things that are pertinent to government and society like political venues, financial venues, sporting venues.
But these venues are all superficial and not so necessary to defend, only modern society has placed great importance upon them because we live at the mercy of political outcomes, financial institutions are relied upon to deal with our monies, and sporting outlets provide the BREAD AND CIRCUSES for the masses to be distracted and entertained.
TIMES SQUARE, MANHATTAN, NEW YORK
iconic venues like TIMES SQUARE, ARC DU TRIOMPHE, WESTIMINSTER BRIDGE, LOUVRE MUSEUM. They are all familiar with tourists but also many people around the world are familiar with these landmarks from books or internet coverage.
The DAILY MAIL newspaper has been keen to censor images thus reducing the ability of the viewer to examine the detail of this photograph.
Journalism is in a poor enough state and yet to censor images that they 'BELIEVE' are upsetting to readers is absurd. It is more absurd to realise that other newspapers DO NOT CENSOR images like this.
Censored images allow for further control of the viewers perception so that they believe what they hear and/or told by mainstream media channels.
The organisers used digital software techniques to insert people who were NOT REAL people but COMPUTER GENERATE IMAGE people, digitally inserted into the video.
Another point is the reaction of the crowd straight after the event. Although the car crashed, many people immiediately in the vicinity seemed unfazed by the crash.
The rapid response of the POLICE to detain the individual known to us as RICHARD ROJAS was equally puzzling as POLICE response times should not be immediate but should take several minutes to respond and arrive onto the scene.
The behaviour of a number of bystanders to try and catch and detain MR ROJAS was also unusual. This allows for the media to roll out local heroes who helped to capture a man who appeared to be NON COMPOS MENTIS.
But NEW YORK is known for its BROADWAY theatres of stagecraft and musicals.
All sorts of props can be used such as ACTORS, GREEN SCREEN, CGI bodies, DUMMIES, FAKE BLOOD, SCREAMING BYSTANDERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, HANDLERS, PLAIN CLOTHES POLICE OFFICERS, PLAIN CLOTHES SOLDIERS, FBI, FILM DIRECTORS
LGBTQ extras, CRIMINALS, HOMELESS PEOPLE, PEOPLE IN DEBT, SINGLE PARENTS
And the list goes on.
