Michael Sousa school death fall inquest opens in Norwich (90 Std/45 Pythagoras)
Is this a real story or a feeder story for
promoting RESUSCIATION TRAINIGN skills to school children ? (a story
which appeared on BBC Breakfast on Wednesday 8th February
2017)
Note: most activity around 22/23 January (223). Birthday,22nd, incident on Monday 23rd January.

MICHAEL SOUSSA photographed wearing a BLUE outfit and BLUE hat with RED trim.
He looks more like a Middle Eastern type (Egypt/Palestine/Syria) rather than Portuguese (His cousins seem to have Portuguese surnames)
Note that the school Principal is CLAIRE HEALD,
and the VICE Principal is REBECCA HANDLEY KIRK who is the female who
made a comment for this media report.

A 12-year-old boy fell to his death from the top
of a school stairwell just a day after his birthday (87 Std/42
Pythagoras), an inquest has heard.
Michael Sousa (126 Std/45 Pythagoras) died nine
days after the fall at Jane Austen College (169 Std/61 Pythagoras),
in Norwich.
Opening an inquest into his death, coroner (88
Std/43 Pythagoras) Yvonne Blake (126 Std/45 Pythagoras) said the boy
had "significant head injuries". (234 Std/117 Pythagoras)
His life support machine was turned off at
Addenbrooke's Hospital (213 Std/87 Pythagoras) in Cambridge (62
Std/44 Pythagoras) on 31 January. He died the next day.
The medical cause of death was given as severe
traumatic brain injury. (321 Std/123 Pythagoras)
A full inquest will be heard in August (89 Std/17
Pythagoras)
In a written statement, college principal (157
Std/85 Pythagoras) Rebecca Handley Kirk (155 Std/83 Pythagoras) said:
"We are devastated by these events, and we send our thoughts and
our love to Michael's family and friends.
"Michael had only joined us in September (103
Std/40 Pythagoras), but was already becoming a well-known student
throughout the school, thanks to his lively personality."
NOTE:
YVONNE BLAKE and MICHAEL SOUSSA both have a value
of 126 Standard English.
CORONER YVONNE BLAKE is 88 Pythagoras, equal to
CORONER = 88 Std English
MICHAEL SOUSSA had his 12th birthday on
about 22nd January 2017. One day later he was at JANE
AUSTEN COLLEGE in the centre of NORWICH CITY, he somehow fell and hit
his head while he fell down a flight of stairs at the college which
seems to have 4 floors to the new look building.
It must be assumed that the incident caused
MICHAEL SOUSSA to lose consciousness which explains to me why a life
support machine was switched off in Addenbrooke's Hospital in
Cambridge
An inquest to be heard in AUGUST which is 6 or 7
months after the incident which the coroner assessed as a severe
traumatic brain injury.
If the story is true, it brings into question what
a new looking school was doing at the time of the incident.
Did the school have health and safety policies in
place to deal with such an incident ?
If it was proven that the child, MICHAEL SOUSSA,
suffered concussion, then coma then school pupils or teachers should
have taken immediate action in this situation. I assume an ambulance
was called and as the story goes, the child was transported to
ADDENBROOKES' hospital, 70+ miles away in CAMBRIDGE. Why wasn't
NORWICH CITY Hospital equipped to deal with this situation ?
Q: Did MICHAEL SOUSSA fall by his own volition
(e.g. tripped over) or was he pushed down the stairs ?
The story tells that MICHAEL SOUSSA was a new
pupil who started there in SEPTEMBER 2016. His name alone suggest
that he is/was an immigrant, maybe Portuguese or possibly middle
eastern.
The Principal of the school made reference to the
boy, but no word from parent or parents in this case.
It makes me wonder how well a NEW PUPIL would be
welcomed as the principal says that MICHAEL SOUSSA “was becoming
well known throughout the school thanks to his lively personality”
So here we have a child who banged his head just
ONE DAY after his 12th birthday at a school where he had
only attended for about 5 months (time enough to get acquainted with
the school layout, stairs etc) but maybe too short a time for
everyone in the school to really know him, in my opinion.
Another point is the child's popularity and lively
personalty as referenced by the female principal of the school.
One more point is that the school principal said
“We are devastated by these EVENTS....”
Surely this was an EVENT and not EVENTS (plural)
considering that a boy fell down stairs, went into a coma, and is
later reported to have had the life support machine switched off at
ADDENBROOKE'S HOSPITAL, CAMBRIDGE.
I find it unusual that the area has a FEMALE
CORONER, a person who surgically inspects dead bodies for a living.
It is
about 67 or 76 miles between JANE AUSTEN COLLEGE, NORWICH and
ADDENBROOKE'S HOSPITAL, CAMBRIDGE
about 1
hour 30 minutes by car (South West to Cambridge)
The Daily
Star report copies what is said by the Principal but provides more
information on what was said:
“Michael had only joined us in
September, but was already becoming a well-known student throughout
the school, thanks to his lively personality. Michael enjoyed
football, making jokes and being with his friends.
“These tragic events are upsetting for students,
parents, and staff, but we will continue to support each other, as a
strong and loving school community, and we will be making time to
remember Michael in the days and weeks ahead.
MICHAEL
SOUSSA's cousin NICOLE LOPES made comments on Facebook:
An online donation page was set up to
help the pupil’s family, which has since raised over £1,700.
Michael's cousin Nicole Lopes wrote on Facebook:
"How can life be so cruel? The pain of losing a child that still
had everything before him, and that in a matter of seconds.
"God take care of you my little angel and his
parents to overcome this pain.
"Your cousin loves you. Wherever you are in
my heart I keep all your smiles and shenanigans forever. Rest in
peace my love."
His heartbroken family added he shattered his
skull in the fall and succumbed to his injuries a week later.
The circumstances of the incident are not yet
known but the Health and Safety Executive has been informed.
Another of Michael's cousins, Beatriz Fitas, said:
"I love you so much, you'll always have a space in my heart and
I will always remember you.
"Too young and too innocent to leave us this
early. So hard to believe I'll never get to laugh with you anymore.
"We won't ever get to make some cringey
YouTube videos to laugh later on in life."
NOTE:
So the DAILY STAR report gives more details than
the BBC article about what may have actually happened to MICHAEL
SOUSSA.
I find the behaviour of the 2 cousins NICOLE LOPES
and BEATRIZ FITAS rather flippant and a little disconnected to what
happened to their distant family member. Also the heartbroken parents
of MICHAEL SOUSSA tell it like it is and say he suffered a SHATTERED
SKULL and the INJURIES later caused his death.
The apparent 'heart felt' messages left by Ms
Lopes and Ms Fitas seem to be common repost for such a story. I've
read identical comments from 'loved ones' from other deaths
FITAS says “...so hard to believe I'll never get
to laugh with you anymore. We won't every get to make some CRINGEY
YouTube videos to laugh later on in life”
The use of the word CRINGEY and the poor grammar
of 'TO LAUGH LATER, rather than TO LAUGH AT LATER'
Ms LOPES
commented:
"Your cousin loves you. Wherever
you are in my heart I keep all your smiles and shenanigans
forever. Rest in peace my love."
Why would a cousin make a comment as
'YOUR COUSIN LOVES YOU' rather than says 'I LOVE YOU' ?
What sort of cousin, someone who is
probably Portuguese, with a name like LOPES, and how does she know
the English language so well to use an unusual word like SHENANIGANS
in the comment ?

The building above looks to have a much older look.
At the end of the building is a solitary tree, then a junction.
The Daily Star photo has a NO ENTRY sign at the end, the college photo road end sign is a BLUE, WALKING/CYCLING ONLY sign
Words like ANGEL, LITTLE ANGEL, MY
LITTLE ANGEL, REST IN PEACE MY LOVE, TOO YOUNG, TOO INNOCENT, LEFT US
TOO EARLY, ALWAYS A PLACE IN MY HEART.
Very repetitive comments seen in so
many other similar cases, whether an accident or a terrorist related
event where people have allegedly lost loved ones.
