A man named MOHAMED ABRINI (112 Std) was arrested for his alleged involvement in the 'PARIS ATTACKS' on Friday 13th November 2015 in Paris France which allegedly killed 32 citizens.
Dubbed the 'MAN IN THE HAT' (113 Std) by the Media, various out of focus clips of his whereabouts were caught on CCTV wherever he went.

I just speculate that the whole fuss about the HAT MAN is a pointer to PANAMA because of the HAT. Also HAT MAN makes me think of MANHATTAN in NEW YORK in USA.
