The supposed danger of a DIRTY BOMB is that it present as an unknown entity in Terrorism.
It could contain nails, explosives, chemicals, biological material or even Uranium or Plutonium which is lethal.
A man or woman who is condemned to death can make preparations to go forth into the next realm to meet their God or Gods, but fear creates confusion and chaos and hysteria.
An individual wonders if he/she will live or die, or face life threatening injuries from an event. An injured leg, skin burns, shrapnel, poisoning, some debilitating injury. A fate worse than death to suffer in agony rather than die in the attack.
