There is growing rhetoric that NORTH KOREA will probably launch a NUCLEAR MISSILE onto American soil.
This story has plausibility if you are a member of the PENTAGON's military or naval top brass but it also smacks of FARCICAL.
So the only realistic way that NORTH KOREA could get within striking distance of the West Coast of America would be via a SUBMARINE.
If the UNITED STATES NAVY could not stop ONE North Korean GREEN SUBMARINE passing UNDETECTED into American waters (SEATTLE for example), then the PENTAGON would have no choice but to conduct another PEARL HARBOUR type scenario and either:
1. BOMB ONE OF ITS OWN CITIES (SEATTLE, PORTLAND, SAN FRANCISCO for example)
2. Use a PROXY like NORTH KOREA (let ONE submarine slip through the NET, into SEATTLE bay, where there is a LARGE NAVAL BASE situated here.
3. Target ANCHORAGE in ALASKA or VANCOUVER as a backup option to SEATTLE.
SEATTLE is known as 'THE EMERALD CITY, JET CITY or RAIN CITY (Mt RAINIER is not far away from SEATTLE)

3. The global area: UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA ???
