The Middle East conflict is not a new thing, not even the conflict that western forces inflicted on IRAQ in 1991 and once again in 2003.

Although news reports claim that the war is being won against ISIS or whatever you choose to call them, the other effect is the wave of the Migrant Exodus leaving these troubled areas in search of safer areas.
So I think the news will say that ISIS is taking heavy hits, they are demoralised, then the next wave is the Migrant/Refugee wave, and along with that comes the Terrorist threat of Migrants 'infiltrating' western society and plotting terrorist atrocities in Europe which allows for European Leaders to vent their case for a United Europe with Britain inclusive in the deal.
Not long after IRA ceasefire on the mainland of Britain comes another wave of Terrorist threats.
