So there is a correlation between HALIFAX=61 and TOP CAT='61.

Some people believe this is a veiled reference to some kind of BOMB. The 2 finger gesture could be more veiled symbolism. A gesture to his secret society buddies, right on cue.

BARACK OBAMA has mentioned some sort of worry about a BOMB being dropped on MANHATTAN in a past speech. 

A BOMB could be literal or symbolic in nature. It could refer to the bombing of Wall street with Stock Markets plunging rapidly.

Something would need to happen in order for that trigger event to begin at WALL STREET.

An Earthquake, Volcano, Flood, Terrorist Attack or the mere threat of something losing money in economic terms.

It is hoped that a WORLD WAR can commence on 26th November 2016 and last until about 2nd JULY 2017.

NEW YORK CITY has ANGLO-DUTCH connections. MANHATTAN also has a lot of symbolism and synchronicities hidden within its CENTRAL PARK.
