FORT MCMURRAY to MADRID

2 recent events on opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean show how local government can perhaps mobilise the citizenry away from their homes.

FORT MCMURRAY ALBERTA witnessed a wildfire waiting to happen, and then it happened on Tuesday 3rd May.

10 days later in SESENA, near MADRID, A TYRE dump seemed to catch fire by itself, releasing a TOXIC CLOUD of BLACK SMOKE over SESENA, located just 22 miles south of MADRID in Spain.

TOXIC TYRES + MADRID + SPAIN =266 Std English.

Were these 2 events just incidents of nature?

The question is: How did the Tyre Fire start ? next: How did a fire start at 1:00am local time, when everyone was asleep?

The outcome of the TOXIC CLOUD (as it is described) is that thousands of local residents were required to be evacuated from the vicinity of the fire.

TOXIC SMOKE is 44 Pythagoras.

The issue is why was there a MASSIVE TYRE DUMP there in the first place ?

So this raises the issue for GREENISTs to ask why it was placed there and why nothing was done about it for years.

According to Wikipedia website, the article about SESENA, Spain refers to an event that occurred 80 years ago in 1936 relating to the Spanish Civil War

CONCLUSION

The Conspiracy is whether these 2 events were in some shape of form a tester for what authorities may plan in the future, namely, forced relocation or evacuation under the auspices of a 'NATURAL' event such as a Wildfire or a TYRE BLAZE in a Small Spanish Villa.

PS. Fort McMurray event happened on 3rd May. Andy Murray was playing in Madrid on Clay. He eventually lost to Novak Djokovic in the Final. Murray finished 3rd in the world rankings.

Not long after the event  in Sesena Madrid took centre stage.
