I turned the map 90 degrees so that PORTUGAL and SPAIN appear to be the head of a being. PORTUGAL, the CROWN on the head of the being/person recently won the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP Football tournament in FRANCE on Sunday 10th July 2016, even with Ronaldo's fake injury.
So NICE in FRANCE is located about in the chest area of the person (or belly). The areas of PARIS and BRUSSELS would be located on its back. ISTANBUL would be the base of the person or floor.
MOROCCO opposes SPAIN like two people facing off against each other. MOROCCO has recently filed a request to rejoin the AFRICAN UNION.
A map of NICE shows that where the suspected event occurred is NICE Airport located just behind it. So in theory, a flash mob of performers or extras could literally be flown in (perhaps from Istanbul to Nice for example) to perform certain functions at this episode. The location of the alleged 'NICE LORRY ATTACK' has an area close by which could be used as a command and control area, a car park.

The date and time of the actual event cannot be verified due to no time stamps on any video footage. Even though advertising hoarding was apparently seen promoting the NICE JAZZ FESTIVAL from July 16th to 20th 2016, this could easily have been constructed weeks in advance, particularly as NICE is a large city and preparations could be made in good time.
There is the PALAIS NIKAIA, appropriately named because the old name for NICE is NICAEA which connects to EMPEROR CONSTANTINE and ROME and ISTANBUL which was once called CONSTANTINOPLE. NICE was also called NIKE and NIKE refers to the Greek goddess of VICTORY. NIKE in modern times refers to the RING OF SATURN symbol for the NIKE logo.
Just north from PALAIS NIKAIA (an acting Theatre) is the Stade de Nice where several football matches were played during the European Championship 2016.
POLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, SPAIN, TURKEY, SWEDEN, BELGIUM, ENGLAND and ICELAND all played at Stade De Nice.
TURKEY played there on 17th June 2016. It would be interesting to check the demographic of the people who were seemingly present at NICE when this episode occurred. Be they French, Swedish, Turkish, English, Spanish, Polish.
There are also references to the Tour De France as to how bicycles were left strewn in the affected area.
Conspiracists are divided over what actually happened.
1. It was a real event and people actually died (An incident of real carnage (not a terrorist attack)
2. It was a fake event with actors and dummies deployed for the theatrical show ( a combined terror drill/urban warfare drill conducted on the Promenade Des Anglais at an undisclosed date and time on a clear, calm night in Nice)
3. It was both a real and a fake event. The real event of people being killed being covered up by the work of a cast of hundreds, all taking on various roles from Soldiers, Police, Forensics, Victims, citizen cameramen with Iphones and the mainstream media know the script given to them by the all powerful media moguls)
If people died, where is the evidence ?
where are the autopsies to confirm the dead people who died by truck ramming ?
Why did security services miss the driver's side of the truck with bullet holes? why is the rest of the windscreen full of holes (real or plastic bullets)
when were the bullet holes put there? before the event started ? during or after the event?
How fast was the truck going in speed? 10-80 miles per hour? on a road where people should not be walking anyway?
If roads were closed off for BASTILLE DAY celebrations, what type was it?
Why so many mistakes to make the security services look like DICKHEADS?
so as to get the public sympathy for financial support to bolster security services (police, military, spies, citizen police, military and CCTV surveillance)
Are there any CCTV cameras in the areas concerned? can the evidence of any event be witnessed ?
Who are the individuals who 'filmed' footage on their Iphones ? (citizens, actors, plain clothes policemen, plain clothed soldiers ???)
Why are people walking along a road only suitable for vehicles? why are many if not all the 'victims' women and children ? (albeit French, Nordic, Turkic etc??)
Is PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS a simple reference to the next target being an English resort or place with a Promenade (walkway) ? or just a reference to British involvement ?

NEESON plays a CIA Agent who feels compelled into action to find the whereabouts of the daughter of his recently divorced wife (Famke Janssen).
He goes to PARIS to piece together evidence he gathered during his daughter's abduction from a place in Paris by an Albanian gang of sex traffickers.

Whatever actually happenned in NICE needs to be ascertained. If people really died, evidence is required. Any cover ups point straight back to Intelligence Services, Military involvement (Britain, America, France, Israel, Turkey?)

Is there actually a GOOD SIDE to whatever has occurred. If the event is fake then certainly the people involved must believe that they have participated in something for the GREATER GOOD of history, in order to prepare for something or events down the line of history or simply to control the narrative of history, because the controllers of the world cannot afford to let anything be done by chance which therefore takes us deeper into a manufactured matrix where everything is artificially created.
This however trivialises and detracts from real events, real beheadings, real terror groups, real lone nutters with an axe to grind against local or regional government.
The powers that be cannot afford or cannot wish for an individual or group to truly change the world in a natural way, away from the planned society to come.
