The sighting of CLOWNS reported by members of the public are being known as 'KILLER CLOWNS' by the Mainstream Media.

The CLOWN represents a person who is a novelty act at childrens' parties or other parties. Someone who tells jokes, makes people laugh, does daft or ridiculous things with props or simply mimes with the help of a painted face.

There may be several agendas that can be expressed for the government with CLOWN sightings and attacks.

One is KNIFE CRIME. Britain is currently cracking down on KNIFE CRIME or the possession of a KNIFE on the person. However, CLOWNS have been spotted following or scaring children or other people whilst holding a KNIFE.

Two is public safety. We are quickly moving towards the satanic/pagan festival of HALLOWE'EN on October 31st. The evenings are giving way to the night as the nights begin to lengthen. (about 22 days to HALLOWE'EN)

People are spotting CLOWNS in Parks or towns holding knives and chasing or following people, lone women, a child or a group of people.

It is a good way to scare the public from venturing out to a local park or shopping centre. A good way to create a little bit of fear and uncertainty as to whether it is safe to go out alone in a place that should be peaceful.

CLOWNS have also been reported to be hanging around residential areas, whether working class housing estates or middle class, semi detached housing areas. There's a greater chance that CLOWNS would be molested or beaten if seen on a poor housing estate by a roaming gang of children or teenagers.

I believe this TREND has been promoted by Freemasons, a group of joker freemasons at least. They are helping to roll out an Agenda or script.

It is to segway with KNIFE CRIME stories. There is one such story running in the UK about a teenage boy stabbed in a school in ABERDEEN, North East Scotland. Very little happens in ABERDEEN, even though it is a major dwelling place outside of GLASGOW or EDINBURGH.

The attacker's name is BAILEY GWYNNE. This does not strike me as a traditional Scottish name, not even any influence of Scandinavian, like Danish or Norwegian, considering that Aberdeen is so far north beside those countries.
