It relates to JUPITER, and JO COX was due to celebrate her 42nd Birthday on 22nd June 2016, the date of the Summer Solstice and celebrations at Stonehenge in Wiltshire. 42 is also the degree of a Rainbow at which it can be seen. 42 can also be found in the astrological symbol for JUPITER.
Also JUPITER eclipses SATURN. They are the TWIN Giant planets in the solar system. If occultists make JUPITER into SATURN, then JUPITER is SATURN.
This episode occurred in the western astrology sign of GEMINI (the TWINS), ruled by MERUCURY.
The aspect of VESTA passes through the sign of GEMINI at this time, along with VENUS and the SUN.

So there is BIRSTALL in YORKSHIRE and BIRSTALL in LEICESTERSHIRE.
So VESTALIA lasted from June 7th to June 15th, and the day after a sacrifice was made in the form of JO COX.

Now, BRENDAN COX seems to look similar to OASIS singer and guitarist NOEL GALLAGHER.
NOEL GALLAGHER, along with his brother LIAM GALLAGHER were part of a group called OASIS which derived from MANCHESTER in the North of England. MANCHESTER is not too far away from BIRSTALL, near LEEDS in Yorkshire.
However, BRENDAN COX seems to speak with a plain accent as opposed to NOEL GALLAGHER's 'native' MANCUNIAN accent from MANCHESTER.
But it would not be impossible for language coach to train someone to speak in a different way.

JUPITER currently sits in the sign of VIRGO, the VIRGIN.
JO COX allegedly had 2 children. She lived on a HOUSEBOAT on the RIVER THAMES. She was born on 22nd June 1974 which is on the cusp between the signs of GEMINI and CANCER.
The Sign of CANCER is a WATER SIGN, symbolised by the CRAB and the numerical symbol of 69 laid horizontally.
