NAGORNO KARABAKH REPUBLIC 223

According to a report by French journalist Olivier Renault, it seems that this is a proxy war between Russia and the United States.

A ceasefire has lasted from 1994 until 2016 (22 years)

REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN is 194 Std English

The main area of concern was MARTAKERT in the HADRUT Region.

MARTAKERT looks similar to MARS which has gained a lot of attention in recent months.

APRIL is the next month after MARCH (MARS). APRIL, named APRILIS in Latin, the Second month of the year.

The circled area looks like trouble with a part of AZERBAIJAN landlocked by ARMENIA.

History writes of wars in the region, mass slaughters, relocations of populations back into the named areas of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijanis are part of the Turkic Group and the Turkish cultures dominate the Central Asian landscape, sitting above an area dominated by Persian cultures in Iran and Afghanistan, and by Alexander the Great from Macedon in a bygone age.

Perhaps the problem is North America's position in NATO (HQ at Brussels, Belgium) and how they have become the Policeman of the world forming a ring around Russia and now leading onto China.

Leuren Moret believes it is important to understand the history of Central Asia, the history of the Turkic cultures and the Iranian cultures. She praises Russia and ignores Israeli/Jewish history, and Armenian history which was the first culture to declare itself a CHRISTIAN nation.

An interesting sub-note is that MOUNT ARARAT is located in the Kingdom of Armenia, now part of Eastern Turkey, but the story alludes to NOAH, The Flood and The Ark which allegedly rested near Mt Ararat, then the area was settled thereafter.
