A terrorist episode was supposedly planned on the city of MUNICH over the NEW YEAR'S EVE/NEW YEAR'S DAY celebrations. It was prudent to suspect an attack was likely as the gathering of thousands of people in major cities in Europe would provide an cover for individuals to exploit with the long fireworks celebrations.
